PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor and electronic device provided with the motor, where lubricating oil is prevented from being reduced through an opening in a bearing, even if a hole for sucking air is positioned on the lower side. SOLUTION: The motor comprises a rotor 20, having a shaft and impellers rotating together with the shaft, a bearing 42 for rotatably supporting the shaft, a stator 22 which rotates the rotor 20 by magnetic interaction, and a casing 41 which houses the rotor 20 and the stator 22 and has air inlet holes 100, through which air is let in by the rotation of the impellers 31 and an air discharge hole 130 through which the air introduced is discharged to the outside. The bearing 42 is provided with a thrust-receiving portion 70 which rotatably supports an end of the shaft, further contains the lubricating oil in the bearing 42, and the air inlet holes 100 are formed in the casing 41 on the thrust receiving portion 70 side.
