PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge an operator to perform speedy dealing by reporting information specified for individual to the operator. SOLUTION: A message is stored in a message storage means 3-2 of a controller 3 corresponding to a personal ID. This message is registered while being added with the personal ID from a card managing terminal 1 by a card manager. A card with validity less than 10 days is retrieved and with the relevant card as a target, after a personal ID thereof is added, the message of 'Validity is short. Please perform updating procedure.' is registered. The controller 3 is provided with a message acquiring means 3-1 and the message corresponding to the personal ID written on the IC card 5 is extracted from the message storage means 3-2 and sent to a card reader 4. The card reader 4 displays the characters of that message or announces the message in synthetic sound. |
