PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor air-conditioning method and device that takes in indoor air, completely performs heating and sterilization, further adjusts temperature, performs sterilization treatment before returning to a room, keeps the indoor air in an antibacterial state, and especially is appropriate for preventing nosocomial infection in a hospital. SOLUTION: An air heating/sterilization device 6 for heating air to a temperature for completely extinguishing viruses and germs by a rod-shaped heater 6b that is provided in a duct 2, an air-cooling device 7 for cooling the air that has been subjected to heating sterilization to a required temperature before blowing the air into a room, and a steam-generating device 11 for vaporizing catechin solution for humidification for air that has been subjected to heating sterilization before blowing the air that has been subjected to heating sterilization into the room, are provided. The air heating/sterilization device 6 is provided with a small- diameter draft path 6a that is long in upper and lower directions for thinly narrowing the circulation of air, so that the circulation becomes long in the middle inside the duct 2 and accommodates a rod-shaped heater 6b in the small-diameter draft path 6a, detects the temperature of heated air passing through the small-diameter cylindrical part while being heated by the rod-shaped heater 6b using a temperature sensor 6f, and controls the temperature and the amount of air circulation of the rod-shaped heater 6b in correlation so that the detection temperature becomes constant for completely extinguishing viruses and germs. |
