PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing clamp capable of accurately and easily fixing a diagonal member to a lateral member as well as a fixing construction using the fixing clamps. SOLUTION: A pair of first attaching portions (2) (2) respectively fixed to side faces (13) (13) of the diagonal member (12) clamping the diagonal member (12) as the fixing clamp (1); a second attaching portion (3) fixed to the side face (14) at the ridge side of the lateral member (11) crossed between these first attaching portions (2) (2); and a reinforcing portion (4) coming into contact with the bottom surface (15) of the diagonal member (12) are equipped respectively and the diagonal member (12) is fixed by using the fixing clamp (1).
