PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the joint structure of a steel pipe column capable of accurately carrying out joint work in a labor-saving state without incurring the lowering of strength of the steel pipe column. SOLUTION: The joint structure is constituted of the steel pipe column 1 having a through-hole in site to connect steel framed beams B, etc., a reinforcing member 2 capable of being inserted in the steel pipe column, fixed members 3 inserted into a fixing hole of the reinforcing member 2 in a movable manner and bolts 4 capable of being screwed in screw holes of the fixed members 3, the reinforcing member 2 is inserted in the steel pipe column 1 in a state to back the fixed members 3 inserted into the fixing hole of the reinforcing member 2, and after positioning the through-hole of the steel pipe column 1 to the fixing hole of the reinforcing member 2, the fixed members 3 are moved forward to fix the reinforcing member 2 to a specific position in the steel pipe column 1, and then, the bolts 4 are screwed in the screw holes of the fixed members 3 from the outside of the steel pipe column 1 to connect the steel pipe column 1 to the steel framed beams B, etc.
