PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily form a sub-pass such as a watchman pass at a level higher than a main pass in a tunnel between the main pass, on which a car and the like pass, and the wall surface of the tunnel while water is drained smoothly, and to also reduce mandays on the installation of an auxiliary facility. SOLUTION: A road-side drainage section 4 being arranged on the road side of the main pass 2 in the tunnel and having a road-side drain ditch on the inside and a partition wall section 6 forming a sub-pass 5 side wall mounted at a level higher than the main pass are formed integrally in the partition-wall side-drain integral block for installation on the inside of the tunnel, the road-side drainage section 4 has a slitty or through-hole-shaped water-conveyance port 8 in the upper section or the side section of the road-side drain ditch 3, a road- side drain ditch cross section is formed in a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a rectangular shape or a polygonal shape, and a handrail mounting section 6b is secured to the upper section of the partition wall section.
