PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curve construction pipe and a curve holding method for facilitating and securing the curve construction by a jacking pipe in a curve jacking method for driving and burying the jacking pipe in the underground. SOLUTION: This curve construction pipe is used for the jacking method jacking and burying the jacking pipe 1, which has an annular steel collar 2 fixed to the outer circumference of the pipe rear end in such a state as projecting rearward by a prescribed length, in the underground in a curved state. This curve construction pipe is constituted of a cylinder body, a ring front support plate 5 and rear support plate 6 in the front/rear of the cylinder body, an annular support body, at least, having the length longer than the projecting length of the steel collar and having a front one part installable in the steel collar, a rear collar 7 having an approximately same diameter with the outside diameter of the jacking pipe, projecting rearward by a prescribed length in the rear outer circumference of the support body, and installed rearward of the rear end of the steel collar, and fixtures 8 circumferentially installed at prescribed intervals in the internal circumferential face of the support body.
