PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint method between new structural materials and a hardware capable of using the joint hardware by strength calculation making a base metal and a mounting material as rigidness to eliminate welding in work upon a member joint section, constituting the same function as the fact that an inside diaphragm or a thick section is provided to a mounting position of the mounting material of the base metal without being welded, eliminating the complexity of the work upon the base metal by only making a through-hole, having both simplicity and facilitation when stock is piled up and is conveyed by making use of a simple shape of the base metal irrespective of large or small scale of plant and equipment and using a standardized material or a custom-sized material of various kinds of material. SOLUTION: Inside of the base metal 1, the joint hardware 4 functioning as the diaphragm is fitted to the through-hole 11 made in the side of the base metal and is provided to the inside of the base metal, a bolt is inserted in the joint hardware 4 through the through-hole 11 in the side of the base metal through a fitting 12 mounted to the mounting material 2, and it is clamped to connect.
