PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching regulator which greatly suppresses the high-frequency occurring in DC voltage to be outputted. SOLUTION: In a switching regulator, which converts the level of DC voltage inputted into a terminal IN by turning on or turning off a switching element Tr and outputs if from a terminal OUT, wave form shaping circuit WS which dulls the waveform of signal for turning on or turning off the switching element Tr is provided.
