PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize phase fluctuations in two systems of signals at frequency conversion and when the signals pass through a rotation device section. SOLUTION: A polarization coupler 211 separates an RF signal received by an antenna 111 of a rotation device 21 into a horizontally polarized wave and a vertically polarized wave, LNCs 212, 213 respectively mix a local signal of a phase with the horizontally polarized wave and the vertically polarized wave, to convert them into a horizontally polarized wave IF signal and a vertically polarized wave IF signal, and they are fed to a signal processing section 221 at a stationary unit 22 through a rotation device section 23.
