The publicity message carrier, made e.g. from paper or a synthetic material and designed to be attached to a label holder (4) on the edge of a store shelf, consists of a plate (1) with flexible ends (2) which engage with grooves (3) in the label holder. It has a free end (7) of circular or other shape, carrying a printed message or image, attached to the plate by an elongated flexible strip (6) so that it oscillates as a result of air movements and attracts the attention of potential purchasers.
