PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program guide display device which enables vewers to speedily comprehend the viewing propriety of a program and the content of the program. SOLUTION: A desired program is selected out of supplied program information. A contract conditions corresponding to the selected program is read and the viewing condition and the contact condition of the program are compared. Then, the viewing propriety of the selected program is judged. The program name of the selected program, the program content information and the information, based on the judgment of viewing propriety are displayed on the same screen. Since the program content information and the information based on the judgment of viewing propriety are displayed on the same screen in a stage, where the program is being selected, a viewers can speedily and easily comprehend such contributing information. |
