SOLUTION: Web pages are collected from registered URLs by a collecting program 9 and a collecting thread 8 being a collecting means. An updating judging means 10a judged whether the collected Web pages are updated or not then, both of information collected preceding time and information collected this time are displayed in a display means 31 by a Web browser when the Web pages are updated.
