PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold a vibrator by preventing deformation of a cushion holding the vibrator in the direction where a slit is opened, in various kinds of wireless apparatuses such as a portable telephone equipped with the vibrator as a silent informing means and a vibrator holding device for holding the vibrator. SOLUTION: This vibrator holding device is equipped with a vibration generating means 1 for generating vibration, a first elastic holding member 25 which has a slit 28 and holds the vibration generating means 1, and a second holding member 52 which stores and holds the first member 25. The slit 28 is formed in a part of the first holding member 25 which part corresponds to an opposite side of the storing direction to the second holding member 52.
