PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift fork allowing the selection of the quality of a wear resistant member in a wider range, the reduction of a manufacturing cost and the use of quality adaptable to different load characteristics on the surface and reverse of an engagement arm portion. SOLUTION: The shift fork 23 which has the engagement arm portion 23b extending over a coupling sleeve 20 with the operation of a shift shaft 25 and engageable with a groove 20a in the coupling sleeve 20 comprises a first wear resistant member 28 and a second wear resistant member 29 separated from each other and fixed to the engagement arm portion 23b.
