PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with the difficulties in the miniaturization and low power consumption of the existing electromagnetic relays for the reason that the design is required to take into account both contact gauging of the movable and fixed contacts and dispersions of the load characteristic to an armature due to the dispersions of dimensions, strengths, etc., of various parts of the existing electromagnetic relays. SOLUTION: The electromagnet assembly X is accommodated in the prescribed position of the accommodation section and is mounted on a base block 8. A card 12 is inserted into a gap between an armature 7 and the contact spring group 9, 10, 11 properly laid out in the electromagnetic assembly X.
