PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raising device for window glass capable of attaining cost and weight reductions by reducing the number of parts. SOLUTION: A guide 15 protruding to carrier plate 13 side is integrally formed with an inner panel 1 on one end thereof. A boss serving as a mounting part is integrally formed with the inner panel 1 to dispose pulleys 2-5. The respective pulleys 2-5 are rotatably journalled to the boss protruding toward front side. Wires 10-12 are suspended on the respective pulleys 2-5 in a cross form and a drive unit 6 is mounted at some midpoint thereon. Carrier plates 13, 14 are fixed to the right and left wires, and one carrier plate 13 goes up and down along the guide 15. A window 30 is fixed to the right and left carrier plates 13, 14. The pulleys 2-5 are disposed directly on the inner plate 1, and the guide 15 is integrally formed with the inner plate 1, so that the number of parts can be reduced, thus it is possible to attain cost and weight reductions.
