PURPOSE: A crystalline ceramic perovskite compound powder and its preparation method are provided, to obtain the crystalline ceramic perovskite compound powder which is uniform in nanometer or micrometer size, is almost uniform sphere and has a narrow distribution of size. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of contacting an aqueous solution which contains inorganic salts, organic salts or organometallic compounds of at least one metal A and at least one metal B in the amount similar to the stoichiometric amount corresponding to the formula Ax(BO3)y, with a basic solution which contains inorganic salts or organic salts in the amount more than the stoichiometric amount corresponding to the formula Ax(BO3)y and is preheated to 70-100 deg.C, by stirring; and maintaining the concentration of OH- to be constant at 70-100 deg.C, to prepare the crystalline ceramic perovskite compound powder represented by the formula Ax(BO3)y, wherein A is selected from the group consisting of Li, Na, K, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba and La; and B is selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, Sn, Hf, Nb and Ta; x is the same to the valence of an anion (BO3); and y is the same to the valence of a cation A.
