A child carrier bicycle seat is attached onto a bicycle by a telescopic support bar having a front yoke with clamping bracket to engage a bicycle front post and a rear yoke with clamping bolts to engage a bicycle seat post. The bar extends between the front yoke and rear yoke and adjusts telescopically to vary the distance between the front and rear yokes.
