PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately select the feasibility of use at a reuse time in a short time by grasping the temperature history of a recovered object with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In the case of reusing a processing cartridge which is a reuse object and is frequently replaced for toner replenishment, it is desirable that the number of processes of disassembly is reduced with the respect to work efficiency. It is a work requiring the number of processes to confirm and remove toner because the toner is aggregated and is melt-stuck at a tank inner wall by environmental temperature equal to or higher than guarantee temperature. A new toner tank 35 and a waste toner tank 37 are provided and a temperature history detecting means is provided in its vicinity, so that a temperature history for storage and transportation until a processing cartridge is recovered is detected. The existence of melt-sticking to the tank inner wall due to the toner aggregation of the processing cartridge and the deterioration of residual toner are confirmed without disassembling by the detection of the temperature history, so that selection processing to perform reuse processing is efficiently performed. |
