PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a security check on electronic value data on points given as an article is purchased and prepaid money at one place instead of respective sale management systems. SOLUTION: This sale or payment information management system is composed of an information management system which communicates with sale management systems of member stores, and the information management system stores the ID code of a member customer, electronic value data which are processed by a sale management terminal device of a member store and given to or received from the member customer, a transaction number, and a member store ID code. The electronic value data of the member customer are so constituted that electronic value data in the information management system and card electronic value data in an IC card can be transferred. The information management system stores and monitors card data. For the transfer of the electronic value data, a loading device of the store and a method using a certificate using the sale management terminal are used. To improve the data security in the IC card, the data are ciphered and stored. |
