<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process simulator application non-linear controller capable of realizing model base control such as model prediction control with calculation quantity in a highly precise and actually mountable level. SOLUTION: A process simulation part 3 inputs the time sequential data from the prescribed past to present of the measured values of sensors 16 and 17a-17e stored in a process value storing part 2 and the time sequential data from the prescribed past to prescribed future of the manipulated variable command values of actuators 18a-18d calculated by an optimization control part 4, and simulates the timely and spatial behaviors of the process state of a sewage treatment process 10 by a process simulator. The optimization control part 4 identifies a linear model for control based on the predicted value of the process state of the sewage treatment process 10 obtained by the process simulation part 3 by a model for control identifying part 41. Also, the optimal manipulated variable command values of the actuators 18a-18d are calculated based on the identified model for control by an optimal manipulated variable deciding part 42.</p> |
