<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an ink which reduces the cost of the ink using a soybean oil and, at the same time, can obtain good prints without causing scumming and a problem relating to dampening water and emulsification in effecting a long-term printing. SOLUTION: In this lithographic printing ink comprising a pigment, a resin, a drying oil, and a solvent, the drying oil is a soybean crude oil having an acid value of >=0.5 or it spolymerized oil, and the solvent is a petroleum solvent having a content of aromatic components of <=1 wt.%. The lithographic printing ink may further contain an aliphatic diol.</p> |
