<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pen-shaped heating device which can boil liquid like water efficiently, quickly and safely. SOLUTION: The pen-shaped heating device comprises a heater cap 3 mounted on the peripheral surface of a pipe heater 2 with a gap 4 with a certain distance between the heater cap 3 the pipe heater 2, an opening 6 for suction at lower end of the heater cap 3, and a plurality of perforations 8 at the outer peripheral side of the heater cap 3. By the above, when the water in a cup is boiled, an effect that the water warmed between the pipe heater 2 and the heater cap 3 flows out from the perforations 8 to the outside of the heater cap 3 as a rising flow, and an effect that water at the outside of the heater cap 3 is sucked inside the heater cap 3 at the opening 6 for suction by the suction effect of rising flow, are generated, consequently, the convection of water in a cup is improved.</p> |
