PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating element using solidified charcoal powder as a principal element, put between metal plates, enabled practically to cover with the one-digit electric power (below 9 watts), and control the temperature freely by changing the voltage. SOLUTION: The heating element is formed by mixing about 20 volume % of salt in the main element of charcoal powder, and making the salt adhere to the grain of charcoal powder, and mixing 0.5-1.0% of metal powder thoroughly after enough dehumidification by heating. The heating element is put between two metal plates and small direct current is passed and temperature is controlled by changing the voltage. |
