PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which can transmit simultaneously the same data via plural transmitting means with the same frequency and also transmit the different data each every transmitting means and can receive separately those data at the receiving side, even when the service area overlap with each other. SOLUTION: A transmission control part 1 simultaneously transmits the same or different data via the transmitting part 2 and 3 with the same frequency and by an OFDM modulation system. Every receiving terminal 4 has plural antennas to weight adaptively each carrier, after discrete Fourier transformation of the signals received by the antennas and then adds together the same carriers received from these antennas. In such a constitution, the receiving characteristics is improved by the diversity effects, when the same data are transmuted from the parts 2 and 3. When the different data are transmitted from the parts 2 and 3, the interference components can be suppressed and only the desired signals can be extracted.
