PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase output driving speed and to suppress increase in random noise. SOLUTION: In a signal transfer method, signal charges are sequentially transferred to a common line 6 from plural signal sources via switch means 4 installed respectively for the plural signal sources, and the signal charges from the signal sources are transferred via a charge voltage conversion means 9 for converting the signal charges into voltages and outputting them. Parasitic capacitance associated to the common line is controlled, based on the signal level of the common line, and a signal corresponding to the signal outputted via the switching means is inputted to one electrode side of the parasitic capacitance of the switching means.
