PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with deceleration mechanism that can obtain smooth and stable characteristic, without generating deformations and friction between a wheel gear and a counter gear. SOLUTION: This motor having deceleration mechanism is provided, between counter gears 12, 15, formed of resin and a wheel gear 18 made of resin, with a metal ball bearing plate 18 allocated, in contact with the wheel gear 18 and metal balls 13, 16 which are allocated at the top surface of counter gears 12, 15 to slide on the ball bearing plate 19.
