PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such an accident that dusts are collected and a wet electric current flows through them when a power supply attachment plug of electric products is allowed to be inserted, and a synthetic resin part of the attachment plug is carbonized and catches fire (tracking phenomenon), resulting in a fire- hazard. SOLUTION: An ignition prevention cover 1 prepared by integrally molding an insulator, and when inserted up to the root of an energized portion of the power supply attachment plug 2 of electric products and used by inserting it into a receptacle, the ignition can be prevented because the dusts and moisture do not directly contact with the energized portion.
