PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a decorative sheet and a decorative laminate having a bright decorative layer and removing any foulings simply by wiping off the surface. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet is obtained by including a wiping off substance in an amount of 1-10 wt.% based on the resin in a resin-impregnated paper. The decorative laminate is prepared by forming a resin-containing decorative layer on a substrate and including 1-10 wt.% of the wiping off substance in the resin in the resin-containing decorative layer.
