PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator suitable for a linear guide bearing device, capable of inhibiting vibration despite its being light and simple. SOLUTION: A counter bearing 230 movable along a counter guide rail 231 is connected to an endless belt 211 in opposition to the side of mounting a main bearing, 220 with a driving pulley 209 and a driven pulley 210a held therebetween. With the movement of the main bearing 220 and the counter bearing 230 in opposite directions, the reaction of the main bearing caused in acceleration or deceleration can be inhibited and vibration can be thereby inhibited.
