WORK SUPPORTING METHOD, WORK SUPPORTING SYSTEM AND COMPUTER READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM RECORDED WITH PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more appropriate information in the case of providing a work supporting information to a worker. SOLUTION: In this work supporting method, a work identification information and a work supporting information are stored in a database 6 to be made correspond to each other and the supporting information corresponding to the inputted work identification information is read from the database 6. As for a problem generated in the work when the read supporting information is utilized, problem information including the work identification information and the information on work contents performed for solving the problem are stored in a problem database 10 to be made correspond to each other. The work contents information in the problem database 10 is read to obtain the supporting information for updating, the pertinent work identification information and the supporting information for updating are made to correspond to each other by utilizing the correspondence relation inside the problem data base 10 and the database 6 is updated.
