PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light emission element which has high light emission efficiency and is excellent in color purity with high luminosity. SOLUTION: On the light emission element which emits light by electric energy while light emission substance exists between an anode and a negative pole, the element contains the compound expressed with a formula (1). In the formula, R1-R5 may be the same or not, and they are chosen from the ring structure formed between those as below; combination, hydrogen, alkyl group, cyclo-alkyl group, aralkyl group, alkenyl group, cyclo-alkenyl group, alkoxy group, alkyl-thio group, allyl-ether group, allyl-thio-ether group, allyl group, heterocyclic group, hydroxyl group, halogen, cyano group, aldehyde group, carbonyl group, carboxyl group, ester group, carbamoyl group, amino group, nitro group, cyril group, siloxanyl group, and a contiguity substitution group. Z is chosen from either oxygen or nitrogen of substitution or non-substitution.
