PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connecting operation of connecting terminals, and to obtain an inexpensive terminal connecting apparatus. SOLUTION: The terminal connecting apparatus is provided with a conductive terminal 3, supported by an insulated base 1, a connecting terminal 6 connected to the conductive terminal 3, a wire pressing part 12 having a tapping hole 12a sandwiching the connecting terminal 6 in conjunction with the conductive terminal 3, and a clamp screw 5 for sandwiching the connecting terminal 6 between the conductive terminal 3 and the wire pressing part 12 by screwing into the tapping hole 12a of the wire pressing part 12. A spring 13 is arranged to urge the clamp screw 5 and the wire pressing part 12 in directions mutually opposite, inside a storing hole 2 arranged on the insulated base 1.
