PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical access network, a trunk line node unit, and a trunk line node unit that can quickly provide a broadband service to users. SOLUTION: The trunk line node is provided with n-sets of 1st optical transmitters that transmit n-sets of optical signals with wavelengths λ1, λ2,..., λn, a 1st wavelength multiplexer that multiplexes n-sets of the optical signals, n-sets of 1st optical receivers that receive n-sets of the different optical signals, and n-sets of 1st wavelength separators that separate n-sets of the optical signals. The branch line node is provided with a 2nd wavelength separator that separates n-sets of the optical signals, n-sets of wavelength conversion repeaters that receive an optical signal with a wavelength λa and output respectively n-sets of optical signals and a 2nd wavelength multiplexer that multiplexes n-sets of the optical signals. Each of slave nodes is provided with a 2nd optical receiver that receives one optical signal among n-sets of the optical signals and a 2nd optical transmitter that transmits the optical signal with the wavelength λa. |
