<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which guides a user to the best device for a transaction that the user desires by inputting the desirable transaction by the user in advance and to provide a system which levels the use rates of devices to make constant cycles of the superannuating of the devices and shortages of respective media. SOLUTION: The user inputs a desirable transaction to a transaction input terminal. The transaction input terminal sends the desirable transaction to a monitor server. The monitor server determines the best automatic teller machine for the user according to transaction statistic information collected periodically from automatic teller machines and sends it back to the transaction input terminal. The transaction input terminal outputs the information on the best device on a display part and a detailed statement, so that the user can be guided to the best device.</p> |
