PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advanced message service system mainly using a telephone that can be utilized without putting financial burdens on a user side and a service center side. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a message reception control part 11 for receiving the report request of a user message desired by a user by a instruction from the user 1, a user message database 5 for storing the user message, the report time of the user message and a user telephone number, and advertisement database 6 for storing advertisement messages and a message transmission control part 14 for transmitting the user message extracted from the user message database and the advertisement message extracted from the advertisement database to the user.
