<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic chart processor for immediately and easily recognizing all of information on a patient to be the object of medical examinations and treatment. SOLUTION: This electronic chart processor is provided with a diagnostic output fetching means for fetching the output of a diagnostic device, an inspected result fetching means for fetching the result of an inspection device, an inspected result reception means for receiving an inspected result from institutions outside of a hospital, a medical examination information storage means for storing the fetched diagnostic output and inspected result and the received inspected result corresponding to chart identification information and dates, a chart input and editing means for performing the input and editing of a chart and preserving it, a medical service accounting processing means for performing a medical service accounting processing, a medical history recording means for recording a disease name corresponding to a reception date, a medicinal history recording means for recording a prescription corresponding to the reception date, a patient information acquisition means for acquiring the identification information, name and hospital visit history of the patient from the medical service accounting processing means and a window display means for displaying the information regarding the patient inside a single window.</p> |
