PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set up intensity of an illumination automatically by controlling brightness of a light so that a subject looks beautiful. SOLUTION: An illumination measurement apparatus 5 comprises a photography device which takes an image near a subject. An operation terminal 1 is equipped with an illumination setting part 10 which sets a target illumination of the subject, an instrument selection part 12 which chooses a light device 4, a subject specification part 11 which specifies the subject based on the image information which the photography device 5 takes in, an illumination presumption part 13 which presumes the illumination around the subject on based on the image information which the photography device 5 takes in, and an illumination regulation part 14 which makes the intensity of the illumination which the illumination presumption part 13 presumes to coincide with the target illumination by controlling the brightness of the light 4 chosen in the instrument selection part 12.
