PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an organic light emission element in which a rapid fall of a light emission intensity by generation of heat is prevented, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Two or more hole injection electrodes 2 at a predetermined interval are formed on a substrate 1. An inorganic insulation layer 3 comprising ceramics of AlN, SiN, TiN, AL2O3, and SiO3, etc., is formed between the hole injection electrodes 2 on a substrate 1, and between the element domains on the element domains of the injection electrodes 2. A multi-layer organic thin film layer 5 and the electron injection electrode 6 are formed on the hole injection electrodes 2 in that order, and sealed by a sealant 7.
