PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable applying AC voltage with small phase difference only by connecting induction coils mutually without using multi-phase transformer when a plurality of induction coils, with three-phase power source, are exited. SOLUTION: The induction coils, standing in a line along the direction of axis center of roll, are divided into the first group, to which the three-phase voltage is applied and the second group, to which the voltage with inverted phase is applied, and the third and fourth groups, to which the voltage, synthesized from the divided voltage of the induction coils of the first and the second groups, so as to have the phase difference of less than 60 degree against the exiting voltage of adjacent induction coils, is impressed.
