PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic power supply cutoff system capable of automatically stopping the power supply in compliance with the human sleep. SOLUTION: An infrared ray receiver 8 detects a moving body. In the case where the infrared ray receiver 8 does not detect any moving body over a prescribed time measured by a timer 13, power input part 4 and power output part 5 are cut off and the detection of the moving body by the infrared ray receiver 8 is also suspended.
