BLADE ROW FOR SUPPRESSING SECONDARY FLOW

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade row for suppressing secondary flow capable of reducing secondary flow and secondary vortex occurring among the blade row without new break away or increase of excessive resistance. SOLUTION: Projection walls 8 or recessed grooves are provided on or in hub surfaces 2 for fixing the foot sides of adjacent blades 1 and extended along main flow between the blades. The height is 10% to 20% of a span of the blades, and the end on the upstream side changes smoothly.
