PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal, a communication network, and a communication system which give no impartiality to users as to the timing of calling without making the communication terminal impose any unnecessary load on the communication network by repeating unnecessary calling. SOLUTION: The communication terminal is equipped with a calling reservation control means which performs a specific calling reserving process and sends a calling reservation signal to the communication network when the communication network is in a congestion state, a recalling information storage means which stores information needed to send a recalling request, and a recalling means which sends the recalling request according to an answer signal sent from the communication network. Further, the communication network is equipped with a calling reservation managing means which sends the answer signal to the communication network when receiving the calling reservation signal, a terminal information storage means which stores information on the communication terminal, and a line establishing means which establishes a communication line at the recalling request.
