The mobile telephone use prevention whilst driving has a mechanism preventing or dissuading the user from use whilst driving a vehicle. Electronic components are used to switch off functioning of the telephone or jam the telephone whilst the vehicle is being driven. The mobile telephone use prevention during vehicle driving has electronic components which act within the area of the inside of the car. The components act to jam the telephone, switch it off or disconnect telephone functions thus preventing its use whilst driving the car.
