PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive silver paste for forming a high precision fine electrode pattern by solving the problems of a conventional electrode pattern forming method. SOLUTION: The photosensitive silver paste is a photosensitive electrically conductive resin paste consisting of an alkali-soluble resin (A), a crosslinked monomer (B) having an unsaturated double bond, a photopolymerization initiator (C), silver powder (D), glass frit (E), liquid epoxidized polybutadiene (F) and an organic solvent (G). |
