SOLUTION: A case 6 is formed of synthetic resin transmitting a magnetic flux well, an attraction main body 1 composed of a permanent magnet 4 and a yoke plate 5 is housed in the case 6, and the case 6 is sealed up with a lid 7. An attraction plate is brought into contact with the top surface 10 of the case 6.
