PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a luminescence unevenness and a dark spot (non-emitting light portion) which are generated in an organic electroluminescence element. SOLUTION: The organic electroluminescence element 1B in which a 1st electrode (transparent electrode) 3, an organic electroluminescence thin film 4, and a 2nd electrode 5 at least are film-formed on a glass substrate 2, is heat-treated at a temperature lower than the crystallization temperature of the above organic electroluminescence thin film 4.
