PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a drawback that a conventional shape stabilization processing technique has problems of an insufficient effect, a rough and hard feeling, no durability, etc., the cause of the problems is that crosslinkable reaction points in a fiber material are not likely to cause a crosslinking and bonding reaction in a present crosslinking and bonding agent whose position/interval of two reactive groups of the agent are fixed to a narrow range since the molecular sequence of a linear polymer is extremely diverse so that the position/interval/ direction of the linear polymer are diverse and complicated regardless of the kind of a fiber and consequently a shape stabilization effect is hardly produced. SOLUTION: Problems in terms of qualities are solved and a modification/ shape stabilization processing method of an organic natural material friendly to a global environment has been eagerly studied. As a result, it is found that when a processing is carried out by adopting a processing condition in which a mixture of a polymer of a dichloro-S-triazine-based compound is used or the polymer is successively formed during a processing by using a monomer of the compound, a crosslinking/network formation reaction is smoothly advanced to give an excellent shape stabilization effect.
