PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a three-dimensional net-like body usable as a filter material or a cushioning material by which the desired three- dimensional net-like body can be obtained without deforming the shape of a thready body at a cooling step, and the properties of the three-dimensional net-like body are prevented from being changed by the chemical change caused by a refrigerant. SOLUTION: A heated and melted olefinic resin is extruded from a plurality of downward nozzles 2 formed in an extruder 1 so as to form a plurality of thin thready bodies 3 having <=1 mm diameters and so as to continuously fall down, and the resultant thready bodies in not-solidified states are withdrawn at the lower position at a speed slower than the lowering speed thereof to bend each of the thready bodies like a zigzag path and to form a three- dimensional net-like structure 6 by aggregating the thready bodies while attaching the contact points of the thready bodies to each other by utilizing the adhesion. The resultant three-dimensional structure 6 is dipped in a refrigerant having the specific gravity smaller than that of the olefinic resin to solidify the three dimensional net-like structure 6, and the solidified three-dimensional net-like structure 6 is cut to a proper largeness.
